Huawei has shown strong interest in our research on the fundamental performance limits and trade-offs in iNTNs (SO 1.2) and advanced strategies for mobility, interference, and beam management (SO 2.1). Under the PI’s supervision, this collaboration has included two PhD students (Matteo Bernabè and Henri Alam) and two senior researchers (Dr. Nicola Piovesan and Dr. Antonio De Domenico) from Huawei Technologies. This partnership has been highly productive, resulting in seven joint publications, as detailed in the earlier publication section.
Nokia Bell Labs has engaged with our BO-based approach for optimizing networks to serve aerial corridors efficiently. Dr. Alvaro Valcarce, Director of the Machine Learning Lab at Nokia Bell Labs, France, joined this collaborative effort under the PI’s guidance. This partnership has already yielded three joint publications, as noted in the publication section.
